Calendars available while supplies last. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and DC who are 18 years of age or older. Limit 1 calendar per household or address. Offer expires September 23, 2024 at 11:59:59 PM ET. For three weeks, beginning Sept. 3, 2024, one hundred (100) calendars per week will be available on a “first come, first served” basis while supplies last, with a minimum donation of $31.00. If the supply of calendars is depleted for the week, donations do not carry over to the next week; you may, however, make another donation the next week to be eligible again.

Employees of Ferrero U.S.A., Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Promotion Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to receive to Halloween Countdown Calendar. Employees and their immediate families may donate during the Promotional Period but will not be eligible to receive the Halloween Countdown Calendar.

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (“CMN Hospitals,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you, how we use the information we collect, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the choices we offer you regarding our collection and use of such information when you visit our sites hosted by Donor Drive. CMN Hospitals’ Donor Drive-hosted sites all display the name “Donor Drive” in the footer of each page on those sites and include www.extra-life.org, www.events.dancemarathon.com, www.helpmakemiracles.org, www.princesshalfmarathon.childrensmiraclenetworkhospitals.org. This Privacy Policy also describes the types of information we may collect from you when or use the Extra Life mobile application or the Miracle Network Dance Marathon mobile application. All of the aforementioned sites and mobile applications are collectively referred to herein as the “Services.”

For example, Charity Dynamics maintains our Extra Life and Miracle Network Dance Marathon mobile applications, and Donor Drive hosts our websites at www.extra-life.org, www.events.dancemarathon.com, www.helpmakemiracles.org, www.princesshalfmarathon.childrensmiraclenetworkhospitals.org. CMN Hospitals does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their activities, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any information with any parties other than CMN Hospitals.
Some content or applications available through the Services, including advertisements, may be served by third parties. These third parties may use cookies to collect information about you when you use the Services, such as your IP address, pages you visit, and when you view a page or open an email in which a tag is embedded. They may use this information to provide you with interest-based (behavioral) advertising or other targeted content and for other purposes. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. The information practices of these third parties are governed by their own privacy policies and are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
